1. Acceptance of Terms

• All bets are final once confirmed. 09bat will not reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of proven technical error on our side.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

• Suspected money laundering, match-fixing involvement, or any activity that violates applicable anti-financial-crime regulations
• A verified request from a player who has voluntarily self-excluded or invoked a cooling-off period under our responsible gaming policy

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances, pending promotional credits, and winnings derived from wagering with bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned at 09bat's discretion following satisfactory completion of identity verification.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 09bat operates. Any dispute arising between a user and 09bat shall first be referred to our customer support team for informal resolution. We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 working days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under a mutually agreed arbitration framework. Class-action proceedings or group litigation against 09bat are expressly waived by the user upon acceptance of these terms.

09bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If you continue to use 09bat after an amendment takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms.
